I'm a creative, a designer, and the one who gets it built. Over a decade in live entertainment and events, and I have never been willing to pick a side.

I came up as a theatrical designer, working in theatres and production houses across the United States, where you learn early that a beautiful idea and a beautiful idea that opens on Friday are two different objects. So I learned the other half too. Budgets that hold. Crews booked and looked after. Schedules that survive contact with a real venue. Freight that arrives. The unglamorous half of the work, which is most of the work.

I know what a room is supposed to feel like, and I know what it takes to put it there.
